As a kid growing up in Queens, I was inspired by the likes Jackie Mason, Mel Brooks, Eddie Murphy and John Belushi. I broke into stand up comedy in New York during the late 1980's. Some of my early career highlights included numerous appearances at the world famous Apollo Theater in Harlem, (and I never, ever got booed off the stage!), hosting a USO benefit on the USS Intrepid Aircraft Carrier during Operation Desert Storm and I proudly produced and hosted a fund raising Gala for Chabad. In 1991 I moved out to Chicago to train with the world famous Second City improve troupe. That education was a life changing experience. Amongst the people I studied under was a young guy named of Steve Carell. Soon after, I was hired as an original cast member of the hit play, Tony & Tina's Wedding. In 1995 I was needed by the New York cast and simultaneously decided go back to school. I graduated Long Island University with a Bachelors of Science in Broadcasting. I co-hosted the morning radio show on New York's WGBB and I also worked on New York City's WABC . These days I live in Los Angeles where I spend my time avoiding brush fires and as well as having appearing in over 20 national commercials . I've also been lucky enough to have worked on shows like Heroes, Ugly Betty, Jimmy Kimmel Live! , ER and an upcoming episode of Nip/Tuck.
